At Shantes Epilation, we take great care in crafting and delivering your handmade wigs. Below is our shipping policy to ensure transparency and a smooth delivery process.
1. Processing Time
- Made-to-Order Wigs: Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 2 weeks for your wig to be crafted before it is shipped. This timeline begins once your order is confirmed.
- Ready-to-Ship Wigs: If you purchase a ready-to-ship wig, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs procedures. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. You can view the total shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $1000 within the United States. For international orders, free shipping is available on orders over $2000.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via our shipping provider’s website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
- If a package is refused due to customs charges, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and the cost of the initial shipping.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages

8. Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
